At Navayuga Dry Fruits (operated by VIYAN MARKETING NAVAYUGA), we are committed to delivering fresh, premium-quality dry fruits right to your doorstep. Since our products are perishable food items, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions.
Returns

Products can be returned only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at viyanmarketing05@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the product.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Refunds

Once the return is verified and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
Non-Returnable Items

Opened, partially consumed, or tampered dry fruit packs.

Products not stored as per the recommended conditions.
