Return & Refund Policy – Navayuga Dry Fruits

At Navayuga Dry Fruits (operated by VIYAN MARKETING NAVAYUGA), we are committed to delivering fresh, premium-quality dry fruits right to your doorstep. Since our products are perishable food items, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions.


Returns

  • Products can be returned only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at viyanmarketing05@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the product.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.


Refunds

  • Once the return is verified and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, partially consumed, or tampered dry fruit packs.

  • Products not stored as per the recommended conditions.

  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
